Job Duties:

Effectively/efficiently schedule, prepare, and organize Garden Services physical/digital orders in a manner that ensure excellent customer service and allows Bachman's crews to operate efficiently.
Communicate Garden Services scheduling dates with all impacted employees and customers in a clear and effective manner and work to solve all rescheduling requests with appropriate parties.
Schedule Garden Services installations, deliveries, and coordinate with subcontractors.
Communicate installation schedule with Garden Services employees, designers, crew and customers in an effective manner.
Assist with customer service, answer phones, and enter new lead information for sales.
Ensure all schedule information is updated and correct in point-of-sale software.
Other duties as required to improve the scheduling/notification process for customers and crews.

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills with scheduling software and other related software.
Experience with site work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
Able to respond in a professional and confidential manner in difficult situations.
Must be accepted as insurable with Bachman's insurance carrier following an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and maintain compliance with Bachman's published Safe Driver standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends and overtime possible during peak seasons.

Compensation: $18-$21/hour
