Buying Office Assistant
Monday-Friday, 30 hours a week
Position Duties:
- Provide administrative operational support for the Senior Buying Office Staff.
- Working with Gift, Home and Hardgood products
- Define items, enter P.O.'s, pull essential reports for buyers.
- Assist with Communication and execution to the stores.
- Assist with item management on Bachmans.com.
- Markdowns: seasonally.
- Assist with replenishment operations.
- Supports Senior Buyer in PO writing and distribution of product.
- Order office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Advanced administrative skills; including Microsoft Office Suite products.
- High degree of organizational skills required.
- Must be able to compute margins, markups, costs and discounts.
- Good ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Communicate effectively with Bachman's stores and departments.
- Four year degree preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours, 30 hours/week
Compensation: $20.00/hour
