Buying Office Assistant 
Monday-Friday, 30 hours a week

Position Duties:

  • Provide administrative operational support for the Senior Buying Office Staff.
  • Working with Gift, Home and Hardgood products
  • Define items, enter P.O.'s, pull essential reports for buyers.
  • Assist with Communication and execution to the stores.
  • Assist with item management on Bachmans.com.
  • Markdowns: seasonally.
  • Assist with replenishment operations.
  • Supports Senior Buyer in PO writing and distribution of product.
  • Order office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced administrative skills; including Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • High degree of organizational skills required.
  • Must be able to compute margins, markups, costs and discounts.
  • Good ability to prioritize and manage time.
  • Communicate effectively with Bachman's stores and departments.
  • Four year degree preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours, 30 hours/week 

Compensation: $20.00/hour
