Lead Stock – Garden
Part-time, 20-30 hours/week

Join our team as a Lead Stock Associate - Garden, where you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, prompt, and courteous service to customers while supporting a strong, team-focused culture. In this role, you will oversee and facilitate all stock-related aspects of retail operations, ensuring smooth product flow and organization. You’ll also assist with checkout and sales across both Floral and Garden Center areas, helping create a seamless and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Job Duties:

Provide work direction and lead the outdoor stock team
Process all incoming and outgoing store shipments which includes unloading, receiving, unpacking, pricing, quality verification and stocking
Report any variances in inventory
Help solve discrepancies
Organize and clean warehouse and loading dock areas
Provide work direction and follow-up to stock team under direction of stock supervisor
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Experience receiving product and using an RF gun
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic garden product knowledge
Previous retail or garden center experience
Previous forklift, electric pallet jack and Bobcat operation experience
POS or computer experience
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Schedule:

Flexible work schedule/Retail store hours (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
Evening Availability Needed

Compensation: $16.84 / hour
