Purchasing - Minneapolis, MN - Part Time to Full Time


Buying Office Assistant 
Monday-Friday, 30 hours a week

Position Duties:

  • Purchase and financially manage packing and operating supplies for Bachman's 
  • Working with Gift, Home and Hardgood products
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Buyer 
  • Set up items and vendors, and enter purchase orders 
  • Assist with Communication and execution to the stores
  • Merchandise products on the website 
  • Manage markdowns and promotional pricing 
  • Assist with replenishment operations
  • Order office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Advanced administrative skills; including Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • High degree of organizational skills required.
  • Must be able to compute margins, markups, costs and discounts.
  • Good ability to prioritize and manage time.
  • Communicate effectively with Bachman's stores and departments.
  • Four year degree preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours, 30 hours/week 

Compensation: $20.00/hour
