We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Specialist who thrives on solving problems, tackling complex repairs, and making a direct impact every day. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to a variety of projects that help drive operational success.

Position Duties:
  • Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
  • Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.
  • Operate low pressure boilers. 

Qualifications:
  • EPA certification, preferred
  • Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
  • Valid driver's license.
