Position Duties:
  • Plant material as directed.
  • Place planted material in the correct location as directed.
  • Assist with order fulfillment as directed.
  • Move material as directed.
  • Prepare crop growing space for next crop including removing debris, sanitizing growing areas, washing flood table trays, and checking that water delivery points are functioning and clean.
  • Perform general plant maintenance duties as directed such as spacing, consolidation, cutting back, and flower bud removal.
  • Perform general clean-up duties in greenhouses, adjacent buildings, and around facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Must be able to read and write.
  • Some greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Must be able to perform physical work including moving and/or lifting up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis from ground level up to 5 ½ feet.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to tolerate inclement environmental conditions.

Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Possibility of additional hours during peak season.  

 
Compensation: $17.00
