Fulfillment Team Lead

Bachman’s Lakeville is looking for a proactive Fulfillment Team Lead to play a key role in ensuring customer orders move efficiently from sale to shipment.

In this role, you’ll support the administrative functions of order fulfillment and sales by preparing and prioritizing orders, reallocating inventory within NetSuite, and auditing order status to ensure accuracy throughout the pick, pack, and ship process. You’ll act as a critical liaison between our fulfillment and sales teams by communicating order issues, coordinating resolutions, and helping maintain a seamless workflow.
You’ll also support dispatch operations as needed, assisting with driver paperwork, calendar coordination, and documentation for bulk, courier, and semi shipments. Job Duties:
  • Administrative functions of reallocating inventory for sales orders and auditing order status for sales orders (pick, pack and ship).  Distribute pick tickets/paperwork to fulfillment teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between fulfillment and sales.  Communicate order issues to sales.  Communicate order resolutions to fulfillment
  • Support dispatch functions (paperwork distribution internally and externally), update calendar entries
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience, office and fulfillment experience required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required
  • Able to function effectively in stressful situations
  • PC skills including MS Office applications required
  • Experience with Net Suite and RF Smart preferred
  • Good working knowledge of landscape plant materials preferred
  • Must pass MVR Check

Compensation: $22.50/hour

Schedule: Peak (Mid-April-Early July) Monday-Friday 7:00-5:00 Saturday 7:00-12:00 Non-Peak (Early July-Late November) Monday-Friday 7:00-4:00. Overtime as needed
