Job Duties:
Assist customers with phone orders and Customer Service-related issues
Process orders and assist with messaging on outgoing wire orders
Process gift card and subscription orders
Maintain UPS tracking records
Process credits on Customer Service-related issues
Invoice orders daily
Assist with training as needed
Supervise staff in the absence of other support staff members
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication
Attention to detail is required
Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
Ability to provide leadership training, delegate and motivate staff
Able to work at a fast pace
Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service
Developed problem solving skills
Ability to support and work as a team
Strong time management skills
Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred
Scheduled Hours:
Sunday-Saturday availability with shifts ranging from 7:00am-5:00pm. Rotating weekends.
Increased coverage around holidays and seasonal business.
Compensation: $18.00/hour
