Bachman’s Maintenance department has openings for an individual who is skilled in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and communication.

Position Duties:
  • Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
  • Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.
  • Operate low pressure boilers. 

Qualifications:
  • EPA certification, preferred
  • Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
  • Valid driver's license.
