Order Center Lead 
Full-Time Position 
 

Job Duties:

  • Assist customers with phone orders and Customer Service related issues
  • Process orders and assist with messaging on outgoing wire orders
  • Process gift card and subscription orders
  • Maintain UPS tracking records
  • Process credits on Customer Service related issues
  • Invoice orders on a daily basis
  • Assist with training as needed
  • Supervise staff in the absence of other support staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
  • Ability to provide leadership to train, delegate and motivate staff.
  • Able to work at a fast pace.
  • Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service.
  • Developed problem solving skills.
  • Ability to support and work as a team. 
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred.

Scheduled Hours:

  • Sunday-Saturday availability with shifts ranging from 7:00am-5:00pm.
  • Increased coverage around holidays and seasonal business.
Compensation: 
  • $18.00/hour
