Order Center Lead
Full-Time Position
Job Duties:
- Assist customers with phone orders and Customer Service related issues
- Process orders and assist with messaging on outgoing wire orders
- Process gift card and subscription orders
- Maintain UPS tracking records
- Process credits on Customer Service related issues
- Invoice orders on a daily basis
- Assist with training as needed
- Supervise staff in the absence of other support staff members.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail is required.
- Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
- Ability to provide leadership to train, delegate and motivate staff.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service.
- Developed problem solving skills.
- Ability to support and work as a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred.
Scheduled Hours:
- Sunday-Saturday availability with shifts ranging from 7:00am-5:00pm.
- Increased coverage around holidays and seasonal business.
- $18.00/hour
