We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who turns strategy into action. In this role, you’ll translate marketing and digital plans into clear, executable roadmaps that drive retail traffic, deepen engagement, and strengthen brand equity. You’ll lead project intake, set priorities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep campaigns moving, ensuring every initiative is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.Position Duties:
- Own marketing and digital project intake, prioritization, and workflow management
- Develop timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee approval processes and maintain workflow integrity
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions
- Translate marketing strategy into executable quarterly marketing plan
- Maintain integrated marketing and digital calendar
- Coordinate execution across creative (internal and external), digital, retail, signage, media, events, and publicity
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and align with marketing goals
- Lead coordination of holistic planning process with marketing and key internal and external partners
- Provide executive-level status reporting
- Align stakeholders and manage partner dependencies
- Provide support to VP, Marketing and Digital on project-based initiatives
- Work closely with social and customer service team to address inquiries and issues
- Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Improve processes and build scalable documentation
- Drive operational efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of college or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or integrated marketing roles
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across departments and with key business stakeholders
- Solid experience within a retail environment, particularly in managing communications accounts and campaigns that align with business goals
- Ability to manage competing pressures, including partner dependencies, change requests, and off-process situations, while ensuring the smooth execution of loyalty initiatives
- Knowledge of the creative process, with comfort in overseeing vendor and third-party relationships, including managing collaborations with freelancers and external agencies
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Trello or similar project management platforms
- A passion for or understanding of horticulture is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with the target audience and effectively communicate the brand's offerings
