Garden Maintenance Helper

Hiring Multiple Candidates 

Seasonal Position April- mid December, M-F 40 hours, occasional Saturdays

JOB DUTIES:

• Work under the direction of the Crew Leader or Lead to install plants and maintain gardens at customer sites
• Install perennials, annuals, containers, and landscape mulch using manual hand tools
• Load and unload trucks with retail products, related hard goods and equipment at customer site and landscape distribution center
• Perform job duties at projects in the Twin Cities and surrounding counties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work independently and with a team.  
• Detail oriented and have strong time management skills.
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work outdoors all day in all conditions during April through mid-December.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, (occasionally greater than)
• Must be able to plant/maintain at ground level for extended periods of time.  
• Ability to operate small equipment.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday- Friday with some Saturdays

 COMPENSATION: $21.03/hour
