Bachman’s Maintenance department has openings for an individual who is skilled in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and communication.

Position Duties:

Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.
Operate low pressure boilers.

Qualifications:

EPA certification, preferred
Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
Valid driver's license.
